Happy Sunday everyone! For those of you following me on my instragram – you might have noticed my slight obsession with smoothies lately! A few of my friends have asked me about what recipes I use and so I’ve decided to share one of my favorite smoothies with you today. I’ll be honest, normally there is no fixed recipe to my breakfast smoothie. I shop all different kinds of fruit and always have a large choice at home. Upon waking up I spontaneously then decide what will go into my smoothie. Rarely do I ever prepare them the night before, unless I know I won’t have time in the morning.
Here are the ingredients for this delicious fruity coconut-water smoothie:
– ⅓ mango
– 1 peach
– 1 kiwi
– 1 orange (peeled, of course)
– 1 apple
– 330 ml coconut water
Quickly cut everything into pieces and peel the fruit (apple and peach upon choice), throw everything in the mixer and add the coconut water to it – voila – there goes the amazingly refreshing smoothie. This one was actually a lunch I took with me to the office, as I knew I wouldn’t have too much time that day.
